Who can access my portal?
Anyone that you designate can access your portal. You are in control. Our system allows you to set administrators, give permissions, and make it easy for people to sign up without you having to manually input their information.
How many people can access my portal?
There is no limit. 1 - 1000, it's totally up to you.
How many products can I have in my portal?
There are no limitations on the amount of products that you can have in your portal. We offer two different types, Predefined Products, which are products already designed and ready to print, or Simple Products, that allow the user to input information such as business cards, signs, banners, and more.
Can I design products such as business cards in my portal?
Yes! Our Designer Studio allows you and your team to put in the information that they would like onto business cards, posters, signs and more.
Can I approve orders that are placed by my team?
Yes! Each portal comes with an option for order approval. Once the team member places an order, the admin will receive an email showing exaclty what they have ordered. The admin can then choose to approve or deny that request.
How much does a portal cost to setup?
There are many different cost factors involved in setting up a corporate store. Each store is designed specifically for you and the cost of that store can be determined after the initial discovery meeting with our team.
Can you use my Fedex or UPS account for shipping?
Yes. We do offer a 3rd Party Shipping option that allows for the company to pay for shipping right from their account using their credentials. You can select the type of shipping that you would like to offer such as Ground, 2 Day, Priority Overnight, and more.
